Zeynep Arslan - Junior Consultant

Zeynep Arslan studies Economics at the Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz. In her studies she specializes herself in finance and accounting. In the summer of 2017, she did a three-month internship in the field of personnel consulting at the panem AG. Since April 2018, she has been supporting the panem team as Junior Consultant.

Georg Fenske - Research Associate / Career Consultant

Georg Fenske studied psychology (B.Sc.) at the University of Trier with a special focus on business psychology. He also completed a Coaching-Apprenticeship and is a certified trainer for relaxation procedures. Since 2016 Mr. Fenske supports the panem team. In addition to his work for the panem AG, Mr. Fenske studies the Master program Psychology with a focus on Human Resources at the University of Trier.

Renate Krausser - Assistant to the management

Renate Krausser has more than 20 years of professional experience as a secretary and assistant to various CEOs and managers in the banking industry. She started her career in the asset management industry in 1990 by joining a large Bavarian bank in Munich. Most recently, she worked for one of the largest asset managers worldwide. The ability to deal with relevant and confidential processes in business and HR with absolute discretion, is one of her main strengths. Ms. Krausser is part of the panem team in Munich since August 2014.

Kim Kronenburg-Schumacher - Consultant / Head of Research

Kim Kronenburg studied economics, majored in finance & accounting, marketing, management and operations and minored in business informatics. She gained comprehensive knowledge and experience while freelancing for an internationally represented HR consultancy in the areas of logistics, trade and IT. She is part of the panem team since March 2011. Besides her own projects, she is the contact person for any IT issues and coordinates the other researchers and consultants.

Tamara Pfeiffer - Senior Associate

Tamara Pfeiffer is a trained banker and based on that, graduated in Business Administration in a career-integrated study and then worked for a renowned bank. Later, Ms. Pfeiffer studied architecture and worked as a diplom-engineer for an innovative widely diversified company architecture office. Therefore, she has many years of experience in the financial services sector and brings a lot of know-how in the real estate sector. Before working at the panem group, she worked for a specialized human resources consultancy. She is a certified NLP-Master DVNLP which qualifies her as a coach, too.

Marta Pienkos - Managing Consultant

Marta Pienkos disposes of multi-year experience in the sectors Finance, Legal and IT. She studied economic psychology with the emphasis human resource management, market, advertisment and media psychology. Her thesis dealt with the topic of social recruiting. During her studies Ms. Pienkos was employed by several human resources agencies and started as a junior consultant at panem AG after her studies. As a consultant and project leader, she executed successfully various recruiting and search projects in the following years. Since February 2016 she is as a managing consultant responsible for the supervision of the strategic customer relationships and the development of project related work.

Uwe Salokat - Executive Director of panem solutions

Uwe Salokat has extensive experience and profound knowledge in the financial service sector. Mr. Salokat held a senior position with a major German bank with thematic priorities such as bancassurance, third party sales, financial provisions, cooperation and business development. At panem human resources & consulting, he is responsible for the subject areas of consulting, projects in the field of retail banking, as well as for the development and marketing of the Career Compass.

Jürgen Scharfenorth - Partner

Jürgen Scharfenorth is managing director of JS Financial Services & Consulting  and works simultaneously as an honorary member of the executive board of “Pensions-Akademie. He has a long work experience of more than 30 years in the financial services sector. At last he worked as a managing director – Head of Relationship Management Germany & CEE at an international investment company. Until 2011 he was Managing Director of a major international bank Before, Mr. Scharfenorth supported a successful system provider of the fund industry as managing director and until 2004 he worked as Head of Fund Administration for one of the biggest german asset managers. His excellent community network is the basis for a brisk exchange of information in the sector, also beyond typical subjects of the market. Since January 2016 Mr. Scharfenorth supports panem AG as a partner focusing on sales as well as on leading projects in the field of investment services.

Milana Simbargova – Junior Consultant

Milana Simbargova studied Business Administration with a focus on “social security”, “economic policy” as well as “economics of human resources”. During her stud, she passed many internships and gained experience in various companies. In her bachelor thesis, she focused the important topic “job satisfaction” which is one of the hot topics in todays HR operations. Toward the end of her studies Ms. Simbargova supported our panem S.à r.l. team in Luxembourg as Research Assistant to further improve her theoretical knowledge of Human Resources with practical experiences. Since May 2017, Ms. Simbargova is supporting the panem group as Junior Consultant.

Asis Tellert - Principal Consultant

Asis Tellert majored in business administration and performing arts. He disposes over many years of management experience in international sales and purchasing in addition to managing complex projects in the field of industrial product development. He is actually managing partner of an international commercial enterprise, where he is formerly responsible for development and expansion of international trade relations focusing on the Far East and the USA. Mr. Tellert is specialized in the industrial sector with emphasis on automotive, quality engineering, finance and IT.

Verena Unger - Office Manager panem S.à r.l.

Verena Unger studied social psychology and sociology with focus on social research and labour and industrial psychology at the Leibniz University of Hannover. Since 2003 she is working within the areas of research, project management and administration. Due to her long-term experience in market research, Ms. Unger has profound knowledge in various branches such as finance, consumer goods and pharmaceutics. In the subsidiary of Luxemburg she is responsible for a smooth functioning of everyday business as well as the conduction of HR projects.

Patrick von Pfetten - Managing Partner of panem München GmbH

Besides the general tasks of a managing director, his focus is on customer-relationhip-management, strategic further development of the office in Munich and project management. 
After his time in the military and his studies in legal sciences, Mr. Patrick von Pfetten worked as a personnel head for a tourism company for ten years. Right after, he was the CEO of one of the biggest agricultural production operations in Zambia. He came back to Germany in 1999 and joined an international well-known executive search company. Together with Hans-Christian Fröhlich, he founded the panem AG in 2002 and is a managing partner of the panem München GmbH. His consulting focus is in the finance sector and in the field of law and foundation.

Lucas Weber - Junior Consultant

Lucas Weber has successfully completed his BA studies at the European Management School in Mainz in the Summer of 2018. In his major General Management, he has specialized in Human Resource Management / Leadership and Business Psychology. After accomplishing a four-month internship with the panem AG in the department of HR- Consulting in the summer of 2017, he has started to assist the panem group in November 2017 as a research assistant. Since September 1st 2018 Mr. Weber is operating as a Junior Consultant and supports the team in the appointment of specialist positions.
